BRP Seadoo Pilot Project

Background:

Task to help our clients build their CRM database while launching rent a Seadoo (Jet Ski) program. A first of its kind in the company where you don’t have to actually buy the product which cost a fortune.

Strategy:

Get potential consumers to experience the thrill of riding Jet Ski by bringing first-hand experience without having to actually own one.

Idea:

A multi-sensory immersive experience installed in pop up stores around China where shoppers would sit on a Seadoo (JetSki) and become the heroes of a game. Players are prompt to register via our mobile site before entering the experience room with their details helping our clients with their CRM programs. Players would then control the Seadoo (JetSki) and collecting points through the ride.

The experience simulates the real life experience of riding a Seadoo (JetSki) on water. A hydraulic system installed beneath the Seadoo (JetSki) responding to steering, accelerating and bumping over waves. Players could also feel wind speed in depending on how fast the acceleration is.Players would leave the experience with a 10 second video of themselves riding the Jet Ski to share on social media. A leadership board will also be featured in the experience room and the mobile site with the highest scoring players nationwide.
